Perfect for medium-soft to medium-hard mixed formations with compressive strength 20~82MPa: silt clay, sand-gravel interlayer, weathered mud shale, medium dense sandstone, limestone, altered metamorphic rock and alternate soft-hard clastic strata. It handles heterogeneous layered ground with fine abrasive sand inclusions smoothly. Standard C1319 is not recommended for continuous drilling of ultra-hard dense granite or high-silica chert; customized high-hardness modified version is available for super-hard rock scenarios upon request.

A: Standard version reaches 750℃ thermal stability; normal dry-drilling frictional heat stays below threshold so no delamination occurs. We can produce customized ultra-high temp grade for long-term working over 750℃.
Q: Can C1317/C1318/C1319 be interchangeably installed on identical drill base?
A: Yes, all three inserts share identical 13.44mm outer diameter for installation; only overall total height differs and exposed cutting height remains fixed at6.5mm for direct swap without base modification.
