Precise Size Specifications

This 8mm flat face PDC cutter adopts high-precision standardized dimensional design. The standard finished product has a diameter of 8.0±0.05mm and a total height of 8.0±0.1mm, with a standard diamond layer thickness of 1.5±0.05mm, and customized diamond layer thicknesses of 1.0mm and 2.0mm are available on request. It adopts refined chamfering technology overall, with a 0.4mm×45° chamfer on the diamond end face and a 0.76mm×45° chamfer on the cemented carbide substrate. All dimensional tolerances are strictly controlled, which is highly compatible with various standard and customized small-sized PDC drill bits, featuring high fitting accuracy and universal applicability.
