The 1313 PDC cutter is a compact, cost‑effective polycrystalline diamond compact, manufactured via HTHP sintering with a tungsten carbide substrate. Standard size: diameter 13.44 mm, total height 13.0 mm, diamond layer 2.0 mm. It balances high hardness, toughness and thermal stability, ideal for medium formations and directional drilling.

Standard 1313 specification: diameter 13.44 ± 0.05 mm, total height 13.00 ± 0.10 mm, diamond layer thickness 2.00 ± 0.10 mm, end chamfer 0.41 ± 0.05 mm. Custom diameters, heights, PCD thickness (1.8–2.2 mm) and flat/curved edges are available.
Material and Core Technology
Adopts high-density premium cemented carbide substrate combined with high-purity PCD polycrystalline diamond material. The substrate features high hardness while the diamond layer delivers outstanding wear resistance, improving product durability fundamentally.
Adopts industrial-grade high temperature and high pressure (HTHP) integrated sintering technology. The PCD diamond layer is seamlessly fused with the cemented carbide substrate with high bonding strength. It avoids delamination, falling off and tooth detachment during long-term high-pressure drilling, with process stability superior to products made by ordinary bonding technology.
All production complies with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 international system standards. Three-level inspection is carried out on raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products. All performance indicators including impact toughness, high temperature resistance and wear resistance reach stable standards. Factory direct supply ensures fully controllable quality.
