Material and Core Technology
Adopts high-density premium cemented carbide substrate combined with high-purity PCD polycrystalline diamond material. The substrate features high hardness while the diamond layer delivers outstanding wear resistance, improving product durability fundamentally.
Adopts industrial-grade high temperature and high pressure (HTHP) integrated sintering technology. The PCD diamond layer is seamlessly fused with the cemented carbide substrate with high bonding strength. It avoids delamination, falling off and tooth detachment during long-term high-pressure drilling, with process stability superior to products made by ordinary bonding technology.
