Material and Core Technology
Made from 99.9% high-purity micron diamond powder and ultra-fine grain WC-Co carbide (6–8% cobalt) for balanced hardness, toughness, and thermal conductivity.
Sintered at 1500°C, 5.5 GPa to form a strong metallurgical bond between diamond and carbide—no weak layers, no delamination, bonding strength ≥2.5 GPa.
