Precise Size Specifications
Full product range with multiple specifications available, including standard models of 13mm, 19mm and 22mm, as well as thickened and heightened DE series. All products are manufactured with a strict tolerance of ±0.02mm, ensuring tight fitting installation, stable operation and no vibration.
Material and Core Technology
Adopts high-density premium cemented carbide substrate combined with high-purity PCD polycrystalline diamond material. The substrate features high hardness while the diamond layer delivers outstanding wear resistance, improving product durability fundamentally.
Sintered under 5–6 GPa pressure and temperature above 1500℃. The two layers are integrated firmly without delamination or falling off in long-term use.
Processed by CNC grinding equipment to ensure strict dimensional tolerance and high surface finish. Optimized chamfer design disperses stress concentration effectively.
